We return to lovely Index, Washington for the Index Arts Festival. Nothing like some cool mountain air to cool you off from boogying down.
In their words: Come see many local artists, leather workers, metal workers, ceramic creators, all sorts of arts and crafts. The main event is till 6pm, music, food, kids crafts and more! After 6pm, folks roll up their sleeves and rock out till 10pm with amazing local musicians.
